Asians are masters of instant noodles. I've told you before, but I'll tell you again. Remember that picture of the instant noodle picture I have? Mmmmmm. If only instant noodles were good for you. These are super tasty. When you come, we will eat instant noodles everyday! Okay, maybe not. It's probably a bad idea.

This is tragic. I broke my hair thing as you know. It stressed me out all week. I lost a lot of productivity over it. The good news is that it is replaceable. The bad news is that it costs as much as my concert ticket...

As part of the getting ready to leave process I upgraded the Linux side of my my computer. Notice how both have the same background - the default background of Lucid Lynx (10.04). The big one (PC) is in the middle of an upgrade. That was this morning.

Tonight Kevin, Steven, Hanna, and I went to eat at Denny's on Canyon Creek and then played cards at the Lodge in Bellevue Square. It was a very inefficient day, and lots of fun. The biggest thing, though, was that I got to see Kevin and people again. The last time was, I think, two weeks ago on August 21st. We went to the arcade Downtown and then ate at a nice restaurant - and, as I remember now, had quite some fun getting home.

This is preliminary packing. You're looking at bags of clothes segregated by type, a box of new shoes (which are the same brand and model as my current ones) a tripod which I can hopefully take on as a separate item, a few small things, and the back. Real packing starts when those bags are (literally) packed into the bag. That's pretty much done. I'm currently messing with my notebook.

You also see a lot of paper junk that will, alas, remain after I leave and better be there when I get back.
