Purpose

This is a building outside my window. It is where important famous social and televised functions occur and also sometimes large rave parties. For the longest time, I thought it was a real temple. I don't think this is the case. I wonder if it ever was the case. The location of my apartment is kind of not so great. Being in between the Shrine and the Row, I have heard that it will be quite loud. Plus, I've been told people pull the fire alarms a lot in my building. :/
