As you know, I installed Windows 7 and started using Dropbox. I was hoping that I would be able to sync chats real-time and preview / edit files on different computers. Turns out, file exchange is too slow to happen in real-time, and Dropbox does not write to files that are already being used by other programs. Also, Dropbox cannot yet be configured to sync arbitrary folders.
So, that picture is my imaginary set-up. Here's reality: I edit and preview on the same computer, on the PC. I chat with you on the Netbook. And I wait until Dropbox is able to sync other folders so I can sync chat logs.
