Imperfection

August 11, 2010 Crab Cake

I decided very suddenly that I wanted to make crab cakes today. I don't know what happened, but I must have done something wrong. It wasn't that amazing for a recipe that was been rated many times with an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Plus, I made it a little too salty. It tasted better with extra mayo though. Crab cakes are expensive to make, and I kind of wish that I had just bought pre-made ones.
