This is my mom's new toy. She has wanted a Kitchenaid mixer for a very long time. I used it for madeleines when you/Igor were/was over for Thanksgiving. It worked pretty well for that. But on Friday, I used it for egg tarts and lost a lot of time to it. It didn't really mix in the butter...
