December 9, 2010My dad bought a 1-TB hard drive from Costco since his 250-GB one no longer fit all our pictures. That white box is our home and web server, and it's in the process of backing up. Pictures are irreplaceable, so a backup is necessary. When I was in Hungary, I kept my photos backed up on the netbook and my external drive (had to delete some of the ones on the netbook, though, when that ran out of space), and had another backup kept with a friend.
He asked me if I had any use for a 250-GB hard drive. I told him my 500-GB one still has plenty of space. Ha ha, technology.
