April 13, 2010 Toffee Almond Biscotti

I had biscotti with my coffee this morning. Delicious. The coffee wasn't so delicious though. I accidentally missed breakfast. Biscotti is fun to make! But in my experiences, for some reason, the parchment paper starts burning. I like dipping them in coffee, which I believe is their purpose.
