April 30, 2010 Shucking oysters
I learned a new sport today! Shucking oysters! It's pretty fun...and dangerous. The staff had an oyster bash with all the oysters left-over from a research project. A LOT. We had raw and baked oysters. Oysters are funky. It was a fun party. Especially the shucking.
