September 23, 2010 Rabbit red bean moon cake
This moon cake was made by my dance friend and captain Annie. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing. There is a bunny in the middle! He is making the elixir of immortality. I had dance on Thursday as well. We were auditioning for dance numbers in the spring showcase. I really enjoyed it, but I think I've forgotten the steps by now. I wish you had still been home so I could have shared my moon cake with you.
