September 11 | Jenny's apartment
Yesterday was Jenny's 21st birthday (she's the one dressed up), and today we had a birthday party. I don't know what the recently-traditional 21st birthday is, except that it probably involves getting drunk.
The others in the picture are McDaniel College students, not BSM students. The one on the right is Russian and was showing the one on the left how Russians drink Vodka. Hence, the title.
