Here is a photographic history of the adventures of Jessica Tsay and Igor Tolkov from August 2009 until January 2011. "While chain'd reluctant on the marble ground, Indignant Time reclines, by Sculpture bound; And sternly bending o'er a scroll unroll'd, Inscribes the future" ... a picture a day.

Brunch
Above is 碗粿 which the restaurant described as "rice cake". I don't really remember what was on/in it. The general gist is that it's made of rice flour, and it has pork and mushrooms and preserved vegetables. Inside, there was an egg. The thingy is eaten with the brown sauce which, I think, has sweet soy sauce with garlic. Not sure. Hmmm, I don't remember much about it. :( The bowl of stuff below, I do remember. It may not look so appetizing here, but it is very yummy. It is 咸豆漿 (I'm not sure about the characters), "salty soy milk". It's a popular breakfast item. There are many Asian things of sorts in it. And it was delicious.
