Knife

October 3 | Oroszlán Arany Restaurant

This is a restaurant in Eger. First, interesting presentation of tea.

Second: that's a fish knife. It left me momentarily puzzled. How does one use a fish knife?...

Also, Oroszlán (Ruslan) is an old Russian name.

    To cut my chocolate bar.
    Though, I am quite curious: how DO you use that knife?

    I have no idea.

    Well, I guessed that you hold it somewhat like you'd hold a spoon, but then turn the knife clockwise along its axis so the weird edge points down-left, and cut the fish, accepting with the fork in your left, as you would with a regular knife and fork. That's the way that worked for me.
