March 30, 2010 | HUBThe Helsinki Men's Choir performed at UW today. I went, and so did Chris, Aryn, and several other members of University Chorale.
There's a bit of history here. Over Spring break, University Chorale went on a tour to the Baltics, visiting Finland, Estonia, and Latvia, where they sang for the president.
In Finland, the choir got a chance to meet the Finnish choir. It happened that they were also going on a tour to the USA. So, UChorale sang for them, and now they sang for us.
