This is what I had for dinner today. The second real dinner this week, and exceptional. I persuaded the group to eat at a nice place, and I think everyone enjoyed it.

You can see turkey stuffed with something and dried plums, and bread things with apples inside (like mini apple pies). But notice the folded slice of orange, the carrot slice in the shape of a flower, and the mint leaf. Behind are slices of apple, cut in perfect right angles.

It has been a very artistic and delicious dish.
