June 12, 2010 Walking into the stadium
My bro is the one almost center in this picture. He's looking at us. Probably laughing because my mom was hitting a GONG. Hahahaha. I can't believe it. Graduation was a while. It wasn't so bad, until the very end when we had to sit there through the names of the doctors and then through the handing out of placards to thousands of no-longer-undergraduates! So many people, I didn't even see when my brother got on stage even with the HuskyTron.
The commencement speech delivered by William H. Gates, Sr. was pretty good. It was more inspirational than the speech I had heard last night anyway. Coherent for an 84-yr-old...perhaps because he was a lawyer. Did you know he has written books? I want to read them now.
