July 8, 2010 | 42nd and 15thI don't like this house here. It's the one next to Parrington, on what used to be an enjoyable lawn and fir grove. I hoped it would move away. But since they're building a porch, it doesn't seem likely. Don't know why they put plastic on it. Maybe it really is going away.
It was hot today. It'll be slightly hotter tomorrow and then cool down. The RC will be closed tomorrow due to "[the] heat wave and the peculiar micro-climate of the RC that always keeps us a little too warm for comfort on days like today"... And I hoped some people would go get ice cream.
